NAP-10 binds the whole of Server 163. Any aggression or action against server growth or peace gets the offender zeroed. Read the terms before you march.
Self-explanatory. Any aggression or action taken against server growth or server peace will be zeroed.
Do not hit occupied tiles. RSS compensation applies where a hit lands.
One hour before SVS, all tiles will be hit and purged so the enemy server cannot gain points from them. Announcements go out in advance.
Academies and farm alliances are not covered by NAP-10.
If a player turns aggressive, their alliance cannot harbour them. Diplomacy comes before aggression: request that the aggressor be abandoned by their alliance and left open to be zeroed.
Don't be an ass. People can move freely, but do not deliberately steal other players. It risks server peace and can be treated as an act of aggression.
No discussion of religion or politics. It causes nothing but fighting, and any such conversation will be shut down. This is also a Discord server rule.
Hit by an attack, theft, or tile grab? The one retaliation you're allowed, and how to report it, lives under Reporting a Violation.
Been wronged? Know what you're allowed to do back, then contact leadership. Evidence comes first, retaliation second — and only leadership can action either.
Covers caravan and Secret Ops theft, tile attacks, player attacks, resource tiles, and similar incidents. One measured strike back is allowed, under strict terms.
Leadership OnlyAll retaliation, whatever the incident, is facilitated solely by R4/R5 leadership. R1-R3 members contact leadership directly — tickets are filed by R4/R5, not by individual members.
Tickets are handled exclusively by R4/R5. Do not file one yourself — reach out to leadership directly and let them take it from there.
Message a leader directly in the OWLS Discord. Don't post the incident publicly or in alliance chat — keep it between you and leadership until it's resolved.
Before anything else, screenshot the incident with in-game timestamps and coordinates visible. Send that to leadership along with a brief description of what happened. No evidence means no action can be taken.
R4/R5 will review the situation and decide whether a ticket is warranted. They handle the filing. Do not retaliate or make contact with the offending party in the meantime.
Small things that make life on 163 easier.
React to any message with the flag emoji for the language you want, and the translator bot will reply with the translation. Useful for diplomacy and for coordinating with members who speak another language.

Capture evidence the moment something happens, with coordinates and timestamps in frame. Send it to R4/R5 before doing anything else. No evidence means leadership can't act, and there's no retaliation without it.
